Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100

Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100 Series is designed for use with the Ultra-Shield Waterproofing systems in vertical installations.

The Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100 Series is a two-part prefabricated soil sheet drain consisting of a former polystyrene core covered with a non-woven, needle-punched polypropylene filter fabric on the dimple side of the core. The fabric allows water to pass into the drain core. The core allows the water to flow to designated drainage exits.

Basic Uses

• Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100 Series is designed primarily for vertical applications at shallower depths where moderate compressive strength and flow capacity are adequate.
• The core side of Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100 Series is placed against the wall surface of the foundation, or other similar structure.
• Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 100 Series provides full-coverage protection to the Ultra-Shield system.

The Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 220 Series is a three-part prefabricated soil sheet drain consisting of a former polystyrene core covered with a non-woven, needle-punched polypropylene filter fabric on the dimple side of the core with a polymeric film on the backside of the core. The fabric allows water to pass into the drain core. The core allows the water to flow to designated drainage exits. The polymeric film provides extra protection for, and adhesion to, the Ultra-Shield system.

• Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 220 Series is designed primarily for use with soft waterproofing materials in vertical installations at shallower depths where moderate compressive strength and flow capacity are adequate.
• The core side of Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 220 Series is placed against the wall surface of the foundation, or other similar structure.
• Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 220 Series provides full-coverage protection to the Ultra-Shield system.

Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 500

Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 500 Series is designed for use with the Ultra-Shield Waterproofing systems in vertical installations requiring high compressive strength and where high flow capacity is required. Use is suitable in selected horizontal applications.

The Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 500 Series is a two-part prefabricated soil sheet drain consisting of a former polystyrene core covered with a non-woven, needle-punched polypropylene filter fabric on the dimple side of the core. The fabric is bonded to each dimple to prevent soil intrusion into the water channel, allows the water to pass into the drain core while restricting the movement of soil particles that might clog the core. The core provides compressive strength and allows water to flow to designated exits.

Basic Uses

• Ultra-Shield Sheet Drain 500 Series is designed primarily for vertical, one-sided sub-surface drainage applications requiring a high compressive strength and a high flow capacity.

The Ultra-Shield Strip Drains are prefabricated high-flow soil drainage systems consisting of a formed polymeric core surrounded by a geotextile filter fabric. • This fitting allows you to navigate the strip drain around vertical 90° angles

GMX Ultra-Shield 12" Universal Tee

• This fitting allows the strip drain to have an outlet perpendicular to the strip drain

GMX Ultra-Shield 6" End Out

• This fitting allows the strip drain to be connected to a 4" PVC or corrugated pipe

• This fitting allows two pieces of strip drain to be connected extending their overall length
