GMX, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of below-grade waterproofing products for the construction market. GMX is a wholly owned subsidiary of Garland Industries, Inc. and is the only ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of waterproofing and roofing systems. Since 1895, the employee-owners of Garland Industries have provided solutions for the most challenging waterproofing problems.
GMX provides complete bid packages, specifications and application detail drawings for use by our contractors and builders. Job-site inspection services are available to ensure correct material application prior to the issuance of long-term warranties. As part of the Garland Industries, GMX shares Garland's state of the art research and development facilities. This relationship ensures that our products meet and exceed the most stringent ASTM and ICC-ES standards.
